SYSTEMATIC AND SOCIAL ACHIEVEMENT
Community Partners value of Early Childhood Development cannot be overstated. Urban youth are not accustomed to venturing beyond their communities and education. Care must be readily available and non- threatening. Specific barriers exist in both education and health care for low income youth. Studies show that children and adolescents face the following barriers: transportation, work conflicts for parents, child care, insurance, homelessness, provider practices including language and cultural barriers.
In Partnership
The Houston Independent School District and Collaborative for Children collaborate with Community Partners in an effort to improve the health and well being of infants, children and adolescents of families in the district's North Region. We are also a part of Young Learners Charter School which is a part of Houston Independent School District's charters. Community Partners Early Childhood Developement Centers are accredited by Texas Rising Star as a level 4 Star facilty.We are also in partnership with The Texas Readiness program.

El Distrito Escolar Independiente de Houston y de Colaboración para los niños colaboran con socios de la comunidad en un esfuerzo por mejorar la salud y el bienestar de los bebés, niños y adolescentes de familias de la Región Norte del distrito. También somos una parte de niños que aprenden Charter School , que es una parte de las cartas del Distrito Escolar Independiente de Houston . Estamos también en asociación con el Programa de Preparación de Texas .
